HOTEL POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Standard check-out time is 12:00 NN and check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Office but subject to availability of rooms with a corresponding surcharge.
  2. Guests checking out before their scheduled departure are subject to an Early Check-out charge of one night.
  3. A security deposit of P2,000 for Standard, Superior and Premier Rooms and P4,000 for Executive Rooms is required for all hotel guests upon check-in. This amount is refundable if unutilized.
  4. Airport transfers are free of charge. However, guests are required to register their flight details at the Front Desk for confirmation.
  5. Children ages 11 years old and below are free of charge using existing bedding.
  6. Item/s borrowed from the Hotel shall be returned before check-out to avoid a replacement charge.
  7. Bringing of food & drinks inside the Hotel is not allowed. Durian, Marang, and Jackfruit are strictly not allowed inside the Hotel. Guests found to be keeping/eating the fruits mentioned inside the room will be levied one night’s stay to cover for deep cleaning expenses.
  8. Pets are not allowed in the hotel property.
  9. Firearms, deadly weapons and flammable materials such as candles, incense, mosquito coil, firecrackers are strictly prohibited inside the Hotel.
  10. Ironing in the room is not allowed.
  11. Gambling of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  12. Refrain from loud music and noise at all times. Partying inside the room is not allowed.
  13. The Hotel reserves the right to discontinue any accommodation and services upon failure to comply with the above-mentioned policies.

 

BILLING POLICIES

  1. For companies with approved send bill, Hotel requires a LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION (LOA) upon confirmation. All bills must be settled within thirty (30) days after check-out.
  2. Cash payments are processed at the Front Desk.
  3. We honor all major credit and debit cards. Kindly present one (1) valid ID upon settlement.
  4. Any incidentals incurred during the stay should be settled immediately during check-out through cash or credit card only.
  5. For payments through bank deposit, you may call our Front Desk for bank account details.

 

NO SHOW, POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Non-arrival of guests shall be considered as NO SHOW and payment made is non-refundable.
  2. Postponement or cancellation of bookings 7 days prior to the check-in date is subject to 30% charge on all room bookings.
  3. Cancellation of bookings 48 hours prior to the check-in date is subject to 1 (one) night charge for each room bookings.
  4. Cancellation of bookings on the day of check-in date is subject to 100% charge on all room bookings.
  5. Postponement due to force majeure, such us, but not limited to, acts of God, disaster, war, acts of terrorism, or events beyond the control of the guest may be made on the event date and can only be postponed to a later date, as long as within the same month from original date. The hotel does not guarantee the same rate as stated.  The rate may be adjusted accordingly based on the existing price at the time the new booking is being made.

 

NO SMOKING POLICY

  1. General Santos City is a Non-Smoking City. Under the City Ordinance No. 06 Series of 2015, violators will be apprehended. Avior Hotel is a non-smoking area. Guests found to be smoking inside the room will be levied one night’s stay to cover for deep cleaning expenses.
